Refund / Replacement Policy

1. If a customer has placed prepaid order and choose to cancel the order. Customers have the option to cancel a prepaid order before it has been shipped and refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed. Customer can expect the refund within 1hr in the same bank account which was used during the time of payment.

2. You may return incorrect, damaged items and avail for a refund. You have to courier the product to our head office (address mentioned on website) and wait till we receive your courier. Once the product is with us, after inspection (Unboxing video is mandatory) we will contact you to process the refund.

3. We provide 6 months warranty on mobile batteries. If you face any issues with the battery within 6 months of purchase date, do contact our customer support team for the replacement.

4. Customer gets 15 days checking warranty on mobile displays. You can check the display before pasting and still you face any issues with the product, replacement is approved on the conditions as mentioned below:

   • No Broken Seal - Seal on the mobile display should be kept as it is.
   • No Pasting – Do not paste the display on your mobile without checking. If done pasting then

5. We provide 3 Days Checking Warranty on all the product you purchase from our website (Except Mobile Displays & Mobile Batteries)

Shipping

1. Package will be delivered withing 4 to 5 Working days depending on the availability of courier services.

2. When you place an order, we will provide estimate shipping and delivery dates for you reference.
