If a customer has placed prepaid order and choose to cancel the order. Customers have the option to cancel a prepaid order before it has been shipped and Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed. Customer can expect the refund within 1hr in the same bank account which was used during the time of payment.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We provide 6 months warranty on mobile batteries. If you face any issues with the battery within 6 months of purchase date, do contact our customer support team for the replacement.
Customer gets checking warranty on mobile displays. You can check the display before pasting and still you face any issues with the product, replacement is approved on the conditions as mentioned below:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
